Mrs. Frederick received her Bachelor of Science, Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University in 1981 and her Master of Science, from Nova Southeastern University in 1991. She has considerable experience working with pediatric and adult populations in a variety of settings, including public schools, in-home, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities in the State of Florida. Mrs. Frederick demonstrates clear written and oral communication skills when working with health care professionals, patients, and caregivers. She displays proficiency in assessment of patients with a wide range of conditions with a clear focus for patients to develop, recover or maintain active engagement in meaningful life activities. She strides to keep her knowledge up to date through continuing education classes and readings. Mrs. Frederick serves as a diabetic, hearing, and vision screener through the Lions Club.

Larry Rechlin has extensive experience in adult and pediatric rehabilitation. He has worked in a variety of clinical and administrative positions including acute care, rehabilitation centers, outpatient, and home health. Dr. Rechlin is a Lifetime Member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He has served on a variety of committees within the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy and has been an educational presenter at national conferences.
